3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one Account on pub772. Duplicate Accounts will be merged or closed, and any winnings accrued through a secondary Account may be forfeited. Each Account must be linked to a unique, active Philippine mobile number.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your Account. Any false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
3.5 Employees. Employees, directors, officers, agents, and affiliates of pub772 and its service providers, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player Accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
4.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pub772 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. You must notify pub772 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
4.2 Account Activity. All bets, transactions, and activity conducted through your Account while you are logged in are your responsibility. pub772 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). pub772 is required under PAGCOR's anti-money-laundering obligations to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must provide requested identification documents promptly. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.
5.1 Accepted Methods. pub772 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

5.5 Taxes. Winnings may be subject to Philippine income tax or other applicable taxes. You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations. pub772 is not responsible for any tax liability arising from your use of the Platform.
6.1 General. pub772 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum bet restrictions while bonus wagering is active.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money Funds. Failing to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to those funds.
6.3 Abuse. pub772 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, or using third-party tools to circumvent wagering requirements.
6.4 Modification. pub772 may at its sole discretion modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game category on pub772 — including live casino, slots, bingo, cricket, relax fishing, and other betting products — is governed by specific game rules published within the respective game or product section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that category.
7.2 Void Bets. pub772 reserves the right to declare bets void if there is evidence of error in odds, technical malfunction, market manipulation, or any other circumstance that materially affects the integrity of the wager. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's Account.
7.3 Bet Finality. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the player. It is your responsibility to review the details of your bet before confirmation.

11.1 The pub772 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pub772 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of technical errors at all times.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub772 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
11.3 pub772's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the amount of real-money Funds held in that player's Account at the time of the incident.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to pub772's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or competent Philippine court.
