11. Children & Minors

pub772 strictly prohibits the creation or use of accounts by any person under 21 years of age. 21+ pub772 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the age of 21. If pub772 becomes aware that an account has been created by a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all Funds held pending investigation, and the personal data securely deleted following the completion of any required regulatory reporting.
